If you have been following my blog, you know that I’m a die hard pumpkin fan and I don’t just eat pumpkin during the Fall. I eat it year round (with a lot more consumption in the Fall of course!) because it’s too good not to! For this week’s What I Ate Wednesday, I’m sharing my four favorite pumpkin recipes, just in time for Thanksgiving. In fact, I’m probably going to make the doughnuts for Thanksgiving morning!
Here you go…
2. Baked Pumpkin Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts
4. Rustic Pumpkin and White Bean Soup
Thanks, Jenn, for hosting another lovely WIAW!
Questions:
What is your favorite pumpkin recipe?
Do you tend to only eat pumpkin during the Fall and Winter?
UM THIS IS THE ULTIMATE. I’m all over the pumpkin train. STILL.
Thank you!
Love me some pumpkin!
Me too!
What’s my favorite pumpkin recipe? Oh girl, that question is impossible to answer. Theres just too many great meals out there. Like take those pumpkin donuts for instance. They look great & I bet are delicious!!
I know, I have so many pumpkin recipes that I love!
Those muffins look amazing. I’m going to have to make them before pumpkin stops being cool. 🙂
I’ve been really enjoying savory pumpkin too, like soups and just plain roasted. Delish. Thanks for the recipe roundup!
Savory pumpkin dishes are good, too! I need to make another pumpkin soup one of these days!
I need to try making those baked doughnuts! They look delicious plus they are healthy-ish! I’m into pumpkin anything lately. My son and I have been sharing a pumpkin smoothie the last couple days 🙂
They are so good and so easy to make! I love pumpkin smoothies!
