On-site Crossfit Coaching:

Small group fitness classes of 2-4 people. All classes are two or three days a week for 45-60 minutes. Workouts are scaled appropriately for all fitness levels.


On-site Personal Training:

Personalized 60 minute, one-on-one personal training sessions that are tailored to the individual to help meet specific goals.

 

Online Fitness Training:

For those who don’t live locally, or don’t have the ability to come to my studio, I offer the choice between 2 or 3 workouts a week that you can do in the comfort of your own home. All workouts are tailored to the individual’s needs and fitness levels. Workouts are sent once a week with videos describing the movements. A small equipment package is necessary to purchase before starting an online training program.

 

Wellness Coaching:

One hour coaching sessions focused around nutrition, lifestyle, meal prep, weight loss, weight management, fitness and goal setting. *Minimum of a 3 month commitment.


Nutrition Support:
One-on-one consultations to learn how to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet, and to help families lead a more healthier lifestyle through the power of whole food nutrition.
