Happy Friday! I’m excited it is the end of the week and nervous at the same time, since my team competition is tomorrow. I’m keeping my fingers that the weather holds up and it doesn’t rain, though it doesn’t look too promising. Either way, I’m preparing myself for the worst!

Before I go into my Friday Favorites, some of you have asked how my session went with my first personal training client on Wednesday. I completely forgot to talk about yesterday. It went very well and I had so much fun! I’ve only had wellness coaching and health education clients, so training someone is a little new to me, though I’ve been working out on my own and programming my workouts for years. I’m SO excited (and a little scared!) to start this new endeavor of my own business and help my client reach her goals. She wants to tone-up and lose a few pounds for her wedding in 10 months. I can’t wait for our next session on Monday!

Now, time for Friday Favorites! I’m SUPER excited to share three NEW Paleo recipes with you, too! One nice thing about doing our Paleo Challenge is it has motivated me to be more creative in coming up with new recipes. I hope you like them!
