Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend!
We had a wonderful time at the beach with my family last week. It was everything and more that I was hoping for…lots of rest, relaxation, catching up on reading, watching movies and unplugging from the blogging world before our new addition makes his or her appearance. It was so nice to get away from everything before our life gets busier. Speaking of, I can’t believe I’m officially full-term, as I reached 37 weeks last Friday! It’s crazy that in only a couple of weeks (or less) we will have two kids!
Since it’s Monday, I’m joining Katie for Marvelous In Monday to share some highlights from our week at the beach.
Marvelous is…
Lulu becoming an official “beach dog.” She LOVED the beach, especially digging in the sand!
Keenan and Lulu playing in the sand together.
Visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium and seeing Keenan so excited to learn about all of the animals and creatures of the sea.
Spending time with my parents.
Taking probably one of the last family photos of just the three of us.
Taking a belly picture on the beach at 37 weeks!
Questions:
What was marvelous about last week or your weekend?
I’m not sure whose cuter… the dog or Keenan in the photo of them digging. Jk – of course it’s keenan! So happy yall had such a wonderful time. For being such a supermom, you deserved it my dear xoxo
Thank you, Jessie! They were both having so much fun!
Gorgeous photo of you on the beach! So awesome that you got to enjoy a nice vacation with your family before bambino arrives! Soon too!
Thanks! It was so nice to enjoy some time away and give Keenan some extra special one-on-one attention before his brother or sister arrives!
You are adorable! I have baby fever again already and seeing all you pregnant bloggers don’t help! I’m so excited for you. Two is fun!
Thank you! We are excited, though definitely a little nervous about going from one to two kids!
The Monterey Bay Aquarium is great. My husband and I took my daughter there last fall when we were in the area for vacation. She loved it. The area is so beautiful. Can’t wait to go back some day.
I just love that area of the CA coast! I can’t wait to go back again, too! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I definitely would like some of those pictures. Fun blog.
Love,
