Happy Hump Day!
It’s been a long time since I’ve done a “normal” What I Ate Wednesday post, so let’s get to it!
Here is a look at my eats from yesterday…
Pre-wod snack:
One half of a banana that I ate too fast before I remembered to take a picture.
Breakfast:
A new twist on my morning bowl of oats…oatbran topped with cherries, blueberries, a dollop of peanut butter and a drizzle of raw honey that is oh, SO good! I also had a cup of coffee made in our French press with a tablespoon of half and half!
Lunch:
My favorite, an “everything but the kitchen sink salad.”
Snack:
My favorite chocolate protein shake.
Dinner:
One of our new regulars, Turkey Taco Pie!
Nightcap after the kids went to bed:
A Samuel Adams beer that I forgot to take a picture of, sorry!

Your breakfast looks seriously good! I only tried oat bran for the first time a little while ago as it’s not really a “thing” here!
Yesterday I had an odd day of eats as I’m sick with the flu – being sick totally throws my tastebuds off!

I’ve always found kitchen sink salads to the best. So full of flavor! Oh & nothing beats ending your day with a cold one. I actually despise wine & will forever be a beer kind a girl 🙂

I will always be a wine person but have only just starting enjoying red wine!
