Great workout! Thanks for bringing it to us. I have troubles figuring out how to do Crossfit at home.
Happy SITS Sharefest!
I’m glad you like it! I will continue to post more home CrossFit workouts!
I can always use another great at home workout! Thanks! 🙂
I hope you like it! Let me know how it goes!
Hi Melissa. Love your blog. I wanted to make a comment on your “Making time for Exercise” page but there was no comment section. I just wanted to add that for busy Moms it’s fun to convert kid play time into exercise. Get outside with the kids and play tag. Make an obstacle course for you and kids. They love that kind of stuff. Or if you have a small baby that can’t play like this yet put them in a jog stroller. They love the fresh air and will probably nap while you are walking/running. I use to do this when mine were babies. Great tips on your page! Love it.
I found you on the May Blog Hop at Bloggy Moms. I’m at http://www.NoSkinnies.com. I have lots of 30 minute workouts on my blog that can help the time challenged too. Check it out sometime. :->
