It has been a couple of weeks since I posted a home workout, so here you go! Make sure to complete the buy-in first, doing as many push ups as you possibly can in one minute. Don’t worry if you can’t do full push ups, you can do modified ones on your knees. Next, do the 12 min. AMRAP WOD by completing as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes. Try to go as fast as you can!
