Here is another CrossFit workout that you can do at home or when you are traveling. Try to go as fast as you can, while still keeping good form and technique. If your form starts going, slow it down a bit. Enjoy!

What do you mean by 3 Rounds for time?
Complete 3 rounds as fast as you can. Set a timer when you start so you know how long it took you to complete the workout. I hope that helps!
