It has been way too long since I posted a home CrossFit wod, so I thought with school starting again (which I’m still not adjusted to the fact that Keenan is a Kindergartner!), it’s time for another workout that anyone can do, especially while the kiddos are at school!
For each AMRAP (as many reps and/or rounds as possible), aim to go as fast as you can, doing as many reps of the given exercise in the set amount of time. Enjoy!
