A few weeks ago Minted asked me to review their new Christmas card collection. I was more than happy to do so because I love their products, but most importantly that they offer designs from independent artists, giving them a marketplace to feature their work, learn, and gain exposure. Being a (very) small business owner myself, it’s nice to see companies helping people showcase their work and grow their businesses.
After posting my review and giveaway, I picked one of their cards and created our family Christmas card. I actually didn’t pick any of the ones I showcased in my blog post. I found another one that I really liked and fit our family pictures better.
The whole process of uploading my photos and customizing the text and colors was very simple. It took no time at all. I’ve used other sites for creating our Christmas cards in the past, and I found Minted’s to be one of the easiest and fastest sites. After creating our card, the next step was the envelopes, and I couldn’t believe that Minted offered addressing the envelopes for FREE! Who wouldn’t want to select this option?! Addressing all of the envelopes is what I dread the most about sending cards. They offered an excel template, so I inputted my addresses from my own excel sheet into their template and uploaded them. After my addresses were uploaded, the final step was choosing to bypass the proof and selecting their express print and ship (saving $10!) or selecting to receive a proof before printing. Since I already proof-read our card and double checked our addresses, I selected the express printing. To my surprise, our cards arrived in two business days! I was very impressed with the quality of our cards. The card stock was thick and not flimsy or cheap like other brands. Our card definitely exceeded my expectations, but I have to say having all of the cards already addressed was a life saver! Instead of staying up super late or addressing a certain amount of cards each night, I was able to stuff, seal and send out all of my cards the next day!
Would I purchase my cards from Minted again? Absolutely! The quality was exceptional, the service was excellent and the fact that it only took two days to receive our cards was awesome. I’ll definitely be getting our Christmas cards from Minted again, and even some of their other products in the future!

Cute! I love mailing and receiving Christmas cards each year! I save them and put them into a booklet so bring out year after year 🙂
