I don’t know about you, but I definitely had my share of yummy goodies yesterday (probably a little too much!). This workout was a good one to burn off all of those extra calories!
Warm-up:
50 jumping jacks
40 abmat sit ups
30 grasshoppers
20 good mornings with PVC
Skill: 10 min EMOM:
even: 10 ring rows
odd: 20 russian twists with 14lb. med ball
WOD: “Peter Cottontail”
5 rounds for time:
20 jump squats
20 burpee braod jumps
20 jumping lunges (in place)
