Thank you for all of your thoughtful comments about my grandfather. Last week was filled with many emotions, morning the loss of my grandpa, but also enjoying time with family who I hadn’t seen in a long time. It was bittersweet, but nice to reconnect with loved ones who we don’t see often.

Anyhow, I meant to post a check-in on the challenge last week, but with everything that happened, I didn’t have much time to blog. How are you doing with the challenge? Are you able to get your 6 fruits and/or veggies in each day? How many squats and burpees are you able to get done in 10 minutes?

I’ve completed a maximum of 220 burpees and squats (combined) in 10 minutes, but I’m hoping to get at least a total of 250 before the challenge is over!

My meals included Warm Barley Roasted Veggie Salad, Blueberry Barley Breakfast Bowl, various salads, Cauliflower Pizza, Juice Plus Complete Cinnamon Vanilla Pancakes, blueberry oat dutch baby pancake and cheesy quinoa Mexican casserole (recipe coming soon!).
