Peas and Crayons

Here are some of my recent eats from the past couple of days…

Breakfast:

Boring, I know, but I still look forward to my usual bowl of No Oat Oatmeal with fresh strawberries and a dollop of almond butter. Although lately, I have been craving breakfast burritos, so you might see one coming soon!

Lunch:

Loaded veggie wrap with some ricotta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, wax peppers and spinach on my favorite flatbread!

Snack/Early Dessert:

A piece of the decadent dark chocolate cherry goat cheese brownies that I made on Sunday. They are just too good to pass up! Since some of you have asked, here is the recipe. Since I didn’t have quinoa flour, I used oat flour instead, and they came out great.

Dinner:

Grilled pork sirloin chop with a medley of grilled veggies tossed with a little balsamic vinegar…super simple, but SO good!
