Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is having a good week so far!

Today is cleaning day and I still have lots to do, so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet with this week’s What I Ate Wednesday, thanks to the lovely Jenn for hosting. If you haven’t already, you should hop on over to her blog and check out the newest addition to their family!

But, before I forget, look what arrived yesterday? We now have all of our equipment, so only a few more things need to be done before our garage gym is ready to go! I can’t wait!!

Okay, back to food, here are my eats from yesterday…

Breakfast:

Banana Bars that Keenan and I made some last weekend (but with oat flour and a brown butter frosting) with microwaved egg whites in a mug with spinach and a little feta cheese.

Snack 1:

A handful of lightly salted almonds that I shoveled into my mouth without thinking to take a picture!

Lunch:

A delicious wrap with P28 Foods High Protein flat bread filled with a hard boiled egg, spinach, tomato, avocado, marinated artichoke hearts, mustard and a little ranch. YUM!

Snack 2:

A Double Chocolate Brownie Cookie with a teaspoon of peanut butter that I ate too fast for a picture, sorry!

Dinner:

My husband’s infamous oven-baked mac and cheese with broiled zucchini. It was SO good!
