Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone is having a good week so far!
Today is cleaning day and I still have lots to do, so I’m going to keep this post short and sweet with this week’s What I Ate Wednesday, thanks to the lovely Jenn for hosting. If you haven’t already, you should hop on over to her blog and check out the newest addition to their family!
But, before I forget, look what arrived yesterday? We now have all of our equipment, so only a few more things need to be done before our garage gym is ready to go! I can’t wait!!
Okay, back to food, here are my eats from yesterday…
Breakfast:
Banana Bars that Keenan and I made some last weekend (but with oat flour and a brown butter frosting) with microwaved egg whites in a mug with spinach and a little feta cheese.
Snack 1:
A handful of lightly salted almonds that I shoveled into my mouth without thinking to take a picture!
Lunch:
A delicious wrap with P28 Foods High Protein flat bread filled with a hard boiled egg, spinach, tomato, avocado, marinated artichoke hearts, mustard and a little ranch. YUM!
Snack 2:
A Double Chocolate Brownie Cookie with a teaspoon of peanut butter that I ate too fast for a picture, sorry!
Dinner:
My husband’s infamous oven-baked mac and cheese with broiled zucchini. It was SO good!
That’s it for today. It’s time to get back to cleaning!

I wish I lived closer to you so I could come workout in your home gym! Looks like it’s going to be awesome! Sounds like a yummy day of eats! I haven’t made a microwave egg bake in so long! Love the feta and spinach combo!
I wish you did, too! Maybe one of these days you and Ayden can make it down. The boys can play while we workout! 🙂

Looks like a great day of eating. It’s hard to complain about eating healthy when it tastes so good. Your wrap sounds amazing. I love any excuse to eat avocado. Cleaning……….hmmm……..my husband and I both work outside of the house and we have 3 kids home now. We try to clean as we go, but we really clean if we have company coming to visit. LOL! I had a cleaning lady for a while, but that didn’t help with the clutter. Often, the house would be a mess before I got home to see it clean. She was a pretty darn good scrubber though.
The wrap certainly hit the spot! Oh, how I wish I had a cleaning lady! I could use someone else to scrub for me! 🙂

Today I only had my breakfast so far consisting of clean apple pie oatmeal! Too good!

As far as the cleaning goes: We clean on Saturday mornings. I need a clean appartment for the weekend. Can’t stand to spend my rare spare time in chaos 🙂
