Happy Hump Day! I’m glad to get back to my usual What I Ate Wednesday posts, thanks to the lovely Jenn for always hosting! It’s a great link up to see what everyone else is eating around the blog world and gain lots of ideas!

Peas and Crayons

Since it’s still early in the day, here are my eats from  yesterday:

Breakfast:

The usual, No Oat Oatmeal with strawberries and a nice dollop of almond butter!

Lunch:

A deliciously loaded sandwich with a slice of turkey, a hard boiled egg, avocado, lettuce, tomato, wax peppers and mustard. It was SO good and just what I was craving!

Snack:

A handful of roasted almonds that I completely forgot to take a picture of, sorry!

Dinner:

Zucchini Tomato Bake (new recipe coming soon!!) with Slow-Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken (which I forgot to take a picture of, since we were all so hungry when we sat down for dinner last night).

Dessert:

A scoop of leftover homemade peanut butter ice cream from the 4th (sorry, another food that I forgot to take a picture of!)

Oh, and before I forget, I did another WOD in my backyard early this morning when Keenan woke up (around 6:00!). The past two weeks of not working out have really affected my performance because I was completely out of energy this morning! Here is the workout that I did:

Kettlebell snatches (35 lb)

Hand release push ups

Jump Squats
