Happy Hump Day!
If you follow me on instagram, you have probably seen some of my latest “Fall eats,” aka lots of pumpkin foods. I can’t seem to get enough! I LOVE pumpkin everything! Anyhow, since I keep forgetting to take pictures of my food on my camera, I’ve at least remembered to take a few pictures on my phone, so I thought I’d share them for today’s What I Ate Wednesday.

Pumpkin pie oatmeal
Baked pumpkin oatmeal topped with almond butter and a drizzle of maple syrup inspired by Katie’s wonderful recipe!
Pumpkin pie smoothie for an afternoon snack.
Sweet Potato hash with eggs, spinach and bacon (yes, it doesn’t contain pumpkin, but it was too good to not post!).
