Happy Friday!

It’s been way too long since I’ve posted a home workout so I thought today was the day to do it. I have every intention to post a new home CrossFit wod (workout of the day) every month, but for some reason other posts get in the way and before I know it, it’s been months since I’ve posted one!

Anyhow, let’s get right to it, shall we? This is another great workout that anyone can do (well, if you have diastasis recti like I do, you can’t do the sit ups, but you can sub contractions or headlifts as part of the Tupler Technique exercises!). The wod doesn’t look bad, but the burpee broad jumps are deceiving! I did them this morning and boy, did they get old fast!
