It has been a month since I last posted a home CrossFit workout, so I’m due for another one that is just in time for the holidays with all of the yummy goodies, family gatherings and parties. Like all of my home CrossFit wods, you can do this workout anywhere, even if you are traveling. No equipment is needed.
I don’t know about you, but to help me feel less guilty when eating all of the delicious holiday goodies (especially soft gingerbread cookies!), I always make sure to workout the day before the holiday and the day after because I know I’m not going to workout on Christmas (and who wants to?).

Do you workout over the holidays? If so, do you tend to workout harder knowing that you are going to indulge?

Yep – I work out through the holidays!! I always start my New Years Day off with a run no matter how much I indulged the night before!!!
Thank you! I always start Jan. 1st with a good workout to ring in the New Years, too! It feels so good to start he year off like that!
Ooh that’s a good one! I keep my workouts about the same during the holidays. If I’m not able to get one in I don’t stress about it 🙂 I like to try to get my family involved but that’s alway so hard to do!
