I finally had a chance to put together another home CrossFit workout. If you missed the last one, you can find it here. This workout is all about speed and going through the movements as fast as you can, while still keeping good form. If you are unfamiliar with double unders (passing the rope twice under your feet), here is a great video.

If you can’t get double unders on your first try, don’t sweat it, as it usually takes a LOT of practice and patience to master them. It took me 9 months to get them, and finally able to string several together! The usual scale for double unders is 3-1 regular jumps, thus 300 for this workout.
