Happy Friday!
Look who turned 5 months old yesterday? She is getting so big and just started doing full belly laughs that melt my heart! She is such a happy girl and I just want to keep her this little forever!
Anyhow, it’s been a while since I posted a home workout, so I thought it was time for another one. As a mom, time is of the essence, so I love quick, but intense workouts (which is why I love CrossFit!) where you are done in less than an hour. Your entire body is physically exhausted because you pushed yourself so hard. The Total Body Summer Burner wod does just that, as long as you challenge yourself and take as little breaks as possible.
