TGIF! I wish I could say I was happy it was Friday, but my husband and I have so much packing ahead of us. We move one week from tomorrow, so this weekend is all about packing the majority of our house up, since things will be too hectic during the week. After I finish coaching the early CrossFit classes this morning, I’m taking Keenan to my parents’ house for the weekend, so my husband and I can pack non-stop (okay, stopping for eating, sleeping and bathroom breaks, of course!). Packing with Keenan always takes twice as long, as he loves to ask what everything is, why we are packing it and if he can see it. It’s cute, but not when you are on a time schedule!

Anyhow, let’s move to the fun stuff…Friday Favorites! If you missed last week’s favorites, you can check them out here. If you are new here, every Friday is a chance to slow down among the craziness of life, reflect back on the week and cherish some of your favorite moments, eats and now, your workouts. I hope you will join me and share some of your favorites by linking up below!

Favorite Moments:

Keenan vacuuming with “Baba” after we played with play doh. He was insistent that “Baba” vacuum, too!

Our anniversary dinner of HUGE burritos, chips, salsa and beer. I still can’t believe we finished our burritos (we should have just ordered one and split it!).

Favorite Workouts:

Instead of sharing a few workouts, I chose the one I liked the best. Even though I’m not a fan of a lot of running, I liked Wednesday’s WOD because it challenged me to really push myself to get through it. I was 2 box jump overs shy of finishing, ugh!

WOD:

Run 800m

50 Box Jump overs

Run 800 M

40 Box Jump Overs

Run 800m

30 Box jump overs

Have a great weekend!
