It’s been a month since I last posted a home CrossFit workout, so I was definitely due for one. It’s another straight forward, simple workout, but it’s a challenging one. Be sure to do the buy-in first and immediately go into the workout without taking a break. Try to do the WOD as fast you can while still keeping good form. If you need to, do modified push ups on your knees. If you have dumbbells, rest them on your shoulders when you do the squats to increase the intensity and workload.
