A few of my clients have asked me to give them a wod to do if they can’t make it to one of my sessions, or to do on the weekend, and they are always surprised at how good of a workout they can get at home. It doesn’t take a lot of equipment (if at all) to get a good workout; it just takes a little bit of space, a short amount of time and discipline. So, this CrossFit Home Wod was inspired from a workout that I gave to a client. It’s a great one to do if you can’t make it to the gym, or even the day after Thanksgiving to burn off all of those lovely turkey day calories! Enjoy!
