It has been a month since I’ve posted a home CrossFit wod (workout of the day), so I’m due for another one that is perfect for burning off all of that Halloween candy!

Anyone can do this workout. All you need is a timer and a little bit of space. If you are unable to do v-ups, you can substitute sit ups for them. Try to go as fast as you can, completing as many reps as possible for each minute of every exercise. At the end of each round, rest one minute before starting the next one.
