It’s that time again…time for another CrossFit Home Wod! In case you missed last month’s workout, make sure to check out CrossFit Home Wod #22! As you know, I LOVE CrossFit because the workouts are constantly varied, quick and intense (which makes for better and quicker results). You are in and out in less than an hour, which is great when you have kids and time is of the essence. This workout, CrossFit Home Wod #23,is a typical “chipper” wod, completing all exercises for time. Make sure to finish each exercise before moving onto the next. All you need is a jump rope, comfy clothing and a little space to complete it.

I’ve never mastered double unders (I don’t know that I’ve really tried a lot) so this would be a good way to either try them or just do the extra jumping!
