I don’t even know where to begin. Where have the past four weeks gone? Every time I attempt to sit down and write a blog post, there is always something else that comes up, whether for my training business, Juice Plus, mommyhood, the house, and unfortunately, blogging is always put on the back burner. I enjoy blogging and reading other blogs, but lately, it seems to always fall at the bottom of my to-do list. I’m not sure where this is going to go, as life isn’t going to slow down, it’s only going to get faster. But, for now, I’m going to do my best at blogging at least once a week and try to refocus my energy around it, so it is not always the last thing on my mind.

Speaking of time, I’m WAY overdue for posting a new CrossFit Home Wod, so let’s kick off the week with a new one, shall we?
